Executive Opportunities
THE FUTURE IS FUTURING...

TV Project Greenlight brings distribution, brands, capital, and production into one coordinated operating model for premium television and film. Our sequence begins with distribution alignment, followed by capitalization, production, social proof, marketing, and scaling.
Founded by Aspen Powers, creator of ECPS™, TVPG is expanding its executive leadership. We seek experienced leaders who combine institutional discipline with the initiative to build—people who can shape strategy, establish systems, develop relationships, and take responsibility for execution.
These roles work directly with the Founder across a growing entertainment platform. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a founder-led company where building the infrastructure is part of the assignment.
Executive Leadership
FIVE ROLES. ONE COORDINATED VISION.
01Vice President of Finance
Capital Strategy. Financial Discipline. Enterprise Value.
The Opportunity
The Vice President of Finance leads TVPG’s financial strategy and builds the infrastructure supporting corporate operations, project capitalization, and long-term growth. This executive translates the company’s coordinated operating model into financial plans that leadership, capital partners, and production teams can evaluate and execute.
The role requires an ability to connect individual project economics with the financial health of the broader enterprise. You will bring rigor to how capital is structured, deployed, monitored, and reported.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management.
- Develop project and slate financial models, including funding requirements, revenue scenarios, production costs, and distribution economics.
- Coordinate financial planning across brand participation, private capital, and proposed EB-5 financing structures with qualified external specialists.
- Establish accounting policies, approval controls, management reporting, and financial oversight.
- Prepare financial materials and support diligence for prospective investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
- Evaluate production incentives, financing costs, contractual obligations, and project-level exposure.
- Oversee external accounting, tax, audit, and financial advisory relationships.
- Advise the Founder on resource allocation, transaction economics, and enterprise growth.
The Executive We Seek
An experienced finance leader with a background in entertainment, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a comparable project-based business. Strong financial modeling, transaction execution, and capital planning capabilities are essential. Experience with production finance, intellectual property, or complex financing structures is especially relevant.
What Success Looks Like
Leadership has reliable financial visibility, projects have credible capitalization plans, and the company deploys capital with clear controls and accountability.
02Vice President of Operations
Build the Infrastructure. Advance the Business.
The Opportunity
The Vice President of Operations turns TVPG’s strategy into a disciplined operating business. This executive establishes the systems, responsibilities, and processes that allow distribution, finance, brand partnerships, and production to work in coordination.
You will build the operating infrastructure for a company pursuing multiple projects and commercial relationships simultaneously. The mandate is to create clarity, maintain momentum, and ensure commitments translate into measurable execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate company priorities into operating plans, departmental objectives, and accountable milestones.
- Establish workflows connecting distribution alignment, capitalization, production, marketing, and scaling.
- Lead organizational planning, staffing coordination, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Implement systems for project management, relationship management, documentation, and executive reporting.
- Develop practical policies for approvals, procurement, information access, and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee the operational infrastructure supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the Brand Integrator network.
- Identify delivery risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and manage dependencies across teams.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and production leadership on contractual and operational requirements.
The Executive We Seek
An operations leader who has built systems within entertainment, media, professional services, or another entrepreneurial business. You should be equally comfortable designing an operating framework and resolving the details that prevent a team from moving forward.
What Success Looks Like
The company operates with clear ownership, dependable information, timely decisions, and consistent execution as its slate and relationships expand.
03Vice President of Development & Production
Creative Judgment. Production Discipline.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead slate development, project evaluation, creative packaging, and production planning.
- Translate distributor creative requirements into actionable development and production briefs.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with writers, directors, producers, talent, and production partners.

- Integrate approved brand participation into projects while protecting story integrity.
- Establish production readiness criteria with finance and operations leadership.
- Oversee physical production, post-production, quality control, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate rights, clearances, talent agreements, and production documentation with counsel and business affairs resources.
The Executive We Seek
A television or film executive with demonstrated experience developing and delivering premium content. You bring strong creative relationships, practical production knowledge, and the ability to balance ambition with budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
What Success Looks Like
TVPG advances a focused slate of compelling properties and delivers content that meets creative, financial, technical, and partner expectations.

- Develop and execute the company’s brand and agency partnership strategy.
- Build relationships with senior marketing leaders, agency executives, and brand decision-makers.
- Structure proposals that connect brand objectives with appropriate properties and narrative opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations in coordination with the Founder, finance, production, and counsel.

- Oversee partner relationships from agreement through activation, delivery, and expansion.
The Executive We Seek
A commercial leader with a record of securing substantial brand, agency, entertainment, or media partnerships. You understand how brands evaluate investment, how agencies influence decisions, and how to translate creative opportunities into commercially credible agreements.
