You acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with TVPG. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation investors, content collaborators, talent, partners, and general visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific offerings and will be presented accordingly.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. For investment-related content, you must be an accredited investor as defined by Regulation D, Rule 501 of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Use of such features is subject to investor verification and compliance review.

All content on the Services—including trademarks, graphics, video, audio, text, logos, code, documents, and designs—is owned or licensed by TVPG and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any TVPG intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your access to the Services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws. Interfere with the operation of our Services or security features.
• Post or transmit defamatory, offensive, or infringing content. Submit false or misleading information during casting, content submissions, or investment interest.
• Access any restricted areas without authorization.

By submitting any content (including ideas, pitch materials, casting materials, or user feedback), you grant TVPG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content across media platforms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TVPG offers opportunities only to accredited investors in compliance with SEC regulations, including Regulation D, Rule 506(c). All securities-related content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or solicitation unless accompanied by proper offering documents. Participation in any offering is subject to eligibility verification, independent review, and legal due diligence.

Our Services may contain links to external websites or services not controlled by TVPG. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party platforms. Use them at your own discretion.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TVPG and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Any content or material submitted by you

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we believe is harmful to TVPG or its users.
